Yeast for Cakes

Instant yeast.

Instructions for use:

Instant yeast ideal for making numerous leavened baked desserts (muffins, plum cakes, Margherita cake, shortcrust pastries, chiffon cakes, donuts, etc.).

Our yeast gives softness and volume to desserts and is free of aromas, so as not to cover the typical flavor of the different preparations.

Mix 15 g of product in 500 g of flour. Break up any small lumps and add to the mixture last, mixing well. Bake immediately.

After opening the package, store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
