Laboratory and Quality Control

Our commitment is to offer you the best flour milling products for all your preparations. That is why we work every day to select the best raw materials and check that the milling products maintain all the typical characteristics of the product. To do this: – we rely on qualified suppliers who are able to provide us with the best grains; – we are subjected to inspections and audits by competent bodies, to guarantee you maximum food safety; – we check, thanks to our in-house laboratory, the commercial (moisture, impurities, pre-germination) and milling quality (specific/heptolitic weight, blanching, volpatura) of the purchased grains, as well as the technological quality of the flour products (ash, protein, strength, gluten quality, amylasic activity, absorption) for each production batch; – as part of the same self-control plan, we check the quality of the water used for the milling process and carry out periodic microbiological swabs on the products and work surfaces to ascertain their conforming hygienic conditions; – we have developed a control system for the entire production process, both organic and conventional, capable of guaranteeing the traceability and retraceability of our productions.
