The Green Taste for Tradition:
RIGGI and the Solar Energy!

The Riggi company, aware of the damage caused by global change on human health and the environment, has decided to embrace the concept of sustainable growth and use alternative energy for its production processes and for other business needs. Its photovoltaic system consists of 299 modules with a yield of 100 KW, equal to approximately 90 tons per year of greenhouse gas emissions saved.

Riggi has long been sensitive to the environmental impact of agricultural production and its transformation, so much so that it prefers organic grains of regional origin for its production. Today, RIGGI reaffirms its commitment on this theme, thanks to a green production that will soon be followed by the gradual reduction of packaging and the choice of more sustainable and recyclable packaging.

These choices place the company in a new market that aims to integrate environmental and supply security goals, along with those of competitiveness of its manufacturing system.
