Ale-style beer, 100% artisanal, high fermentation, not microfiltered or pasteurized, made from ancient Sicilian Perciasacchi durum wheat. A beer with a delicately amber color, fine and moderately persistent white foam, smooth taste and citrus and hop notes.The moderate alcohol content, typical of the British Ale style, recommends consumption at cellar temperature. To enhance its hints of citrus and yeast, it is recommended that it be served in open-shaped (tulip) glasses.Excellent throughout a meal, for moderately elaborate first courses and second courses of grilled meat or fish. Also ideal for accompanying aperitifs with battered vegetables, platters of semi-mature cheeses and typical regional cured meats.
