Riggi ‘s wholemeal organic pasta is made from semolina of ancient durum wheat obtained by stone milling. Bronze drawn and dried at low temperature, our pasta has a wrinkled appearance, to best retain your favorite sauce and all the typical flavor of the raw material. The golden rules for perfect cooking: boil 1 liter of water with 12 grams of salt for every 100 grams of pasta. When the water boils, add the pasta and do not exceed the recommended cooking time for perfect “al dente” pasta (we recommend tasting before draining to make sure you reach the desired cookingtime!).Cooking time: 7-9 minutes
