Fresh pasta as good as it used to be

Molini Riggi offers a wide range of fresh pasta made with the highest quality raw materials, whose basic ingredient is wheat grown and milled in Italy without the use of chemicals. All shapes are designed to enhance each ingredient and sauce and give life to first courses rich in taste. Fresh pasta has a shelf-life of 5 days, which is extended to 30 for products packaged in a protective atmosphere. To preserve its goodness and quality, it is shipped by temperature-controlled means and separated from other products.
