ANCIENT SICILIAN GRAINS, CONTEMPORARY TRADITION
Our story has ancient roots: in 1955 Calogero Riggi opened the first mill which was a focal point for the local community.
His son Cataldo learnt the ancient art of stone grinding from him and subsequently modernised the mills with a 500 tonne storage facility and an advanced analysis laboratory.
Today the company is led by the three sons Cataldo, Marco (Sales It and Export Manager) and Alessandro(Production Manager).
